What's changing with your credit card
Here's what to expect with the transition from TCU to Thrivent Bank:
If you're a joint cardholder and/or authorized user of a credit card account, you’ll receive a new card with a different number in mid-June. You can activate your new card on or after June 30.
Starting June 30, there’s a new mobile app and website to manage your credit card. Please note: the current credit card access through online banking and the mobile app will no longer work after June 30.
Existing scheduled payments will not transfer to the new platform. Be sure to set up new payments on or after June 30 in the new system.
A paper statement for the June 22 billing cycle will be mailed to all cardholders, even those previously enrolled in eStatements. To continue receiving statements electronically, please re-enroll in eStatements after June 30.
To continue using your digital wallet and receiving account alerts, on or after June 30 you’ll need to:
- Re-add your credit card to your digital wallet.
- Set up your card controls and alerts in the new system.
