As an independent financial consultant, Pat Tilton offers services related to accounting, financial, and operational issues and assessments. She offers expert services in disputes related to operational, valuation, and accounting issues. Previously, Pat worked for 25 years for KPMG LLP. She retired as a partner in 2009 and as a partner consultant in 2011.
Pat has extensive experience in financial and operational audits, risk management, litigation and investigations, financial and operational assessments and reengineering, and merger/acquisition due diligence. In addition, Pat worked with audit committees and internal audit groups in areas of emerging trends and various educational topics.
She serves on the Board of Directors for Coffee House Press, a not-for-profit literary press. She is involved with ACT on Alzheimer's, is a past board member and treasurer of James Sewell Ballet, and past chair of the Corporate Arts Team Committee of the Minneapolis Institute of the Arts.
A licensed certified public accountant (CPA) license, Pat holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Siena College, Loudonville, New York. She is a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Minnesota Society of CPAs.
Pat lives in Plymouth, Minnesota.
