TCU's customer service is unavailable; however, if you wish to report one of your payment cards lost or stolen, please call the appropriate number below.

Can I use my debit card and credit card during the transition?
Debit card and credit card transactions will continue to process without interruption, and they can be used at ATMs to access cash.
Can I access my accounts during the transition?
Online and mobile banking are unavailable, which means you can't view your accounts. Our automated teller is also unavailable. Access will be restored sometime on Sunday, June 1.
Can I transfer money or use bill pay during the transition?
Transactions already scheduled will post on time, but you can't schedule new transactions until access is restored sometime on Sunday, June 1.
