As the Director of Finance at Thrivent, Nicki serves as a business partner for Thrivent's new initiatives. She provides finance and accounting vision and expertise for mergers and acquisitions, business launches, system enhancements, and new product launches. In addition, Nicki serves as the primary financial officer for several of Thrivent's affiliate businesses.

In previous roles at Thrivent, Nicki managed the Accounting Services and Mutual Fund Accounting Operations departments providing management and accounting expertise for numerous financial product lines. Nicki began her career at Northwestern Mutual Life in the Policy Owner Services department prior to joining Thrivent.

Nicki earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance with honors from the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater. In addition, she holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh earning the Graduate Honors Award. Nicki holds a Series 7 and Series 63 securities license and has earned her continuous improvement black belt.

Nicki is an active volunteer in her community, at her children's school, and serves on her church's endowment fund committee.
